Join Kelowna Truck & RV as a Finance Manager and enhance customer financing experiences while driving profitability. This critical position requires transparency and professionalism throughout the financing process.
We are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager skilled in guiding customers through vehicle financing. You'll work closely with lenders, process loans and leases, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Additionally, you will train the sales team to maximize financing options for customers and help achieve departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet customers to explain financing options
• Assist in loan application completion
• Maintain positive relationships with lenders
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements
• Present additional product offerings for upselling
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in automotive finance or related field
• Comprehensive understanding of lending practices
• Proven ability to meet sales and product goals
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Valid driver's license needed
