Lead the management of BDC's loan portfolio as a Manager of Portfolio Management. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in banking processes to empower Canadian entrepreneurs.
BDC, Canada's sole bank dedicated to entrepreneurs, is seeking a Manager to support loan portfolio management. You will handle service requests, analyze credit matters, and collaborate with Business Development teams. This role emphasizes inclusion and values diverse perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage file requirements in line with BDC audit policies
• Conduct annual portfolio reviews and monitor loan activity
• Analyze financial statements and assess client risk ratings
• Identify and address risk indicators proactively
• Authorize or recommend loan amendments within authority
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
• 3 to 5 years as an Account Manager in banking
• Knowledge of banking products and financial analysis
• Strong time management skills across priorities
• Bilingualism in French and English preferred
