Become the Night Auditor and drive exceptional guest services during overnight shifts at our hotel. Manage front office operations focusing on safety and security.
As the Front Office Night Auditor, you will be the key to ensuring guests receive outstanding service after hours. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting with guest needs, and reconciliating accounts with the Accounting team. This position is essential for maintaining the hotel’s overnight operations while ensuring guest experiences are flawless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee guest arrival and departure activities
• Provide guidance and resources for Team Members
• Resolve complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
• Handle emergency situations effectively
Requirements:
• Guest Services/Front Desk experience necessary
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PMS systems
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
Provide essential support to guests and uphold the hotel's reputation as a Night Auditor, engaging in problem resolution and operational excellence.
