As the Guest Experience Manager, you'll shape the winery's guest journey, ensuring each interaction is personal and memorable. The role requires 5+ years in luxury hospitality and a strong track record of team leadership. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing fiscal responsibilities to deliver exquisite experiences that reinforce our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-caliber, personalized guest experiences
• Implement a anticipatory VIP-level service model
• Uphold exceptional service and cleanliness standards
• Develop and onboard team members for polished service
• Focus on revenue growth across various channels
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Hospitality, or similar field preferred
• Over 5 years of experience in luxury settings
• At least 2 years in leadership roles
• Proven sales and guest engagement success
• Strong communication skills and business insight
