• Manage daily operations and team workflow

• Enhance Food & Beverage service quality and efficiency

• Foster team development through clear communication

• Control financials and monitor departmental performance

• Conduct regular cleanliness and compliance audits

Requirements:

• 10+ years in progressive hospitality roles

• Proven history in building effective teams

• Excellent P & L and labor cost management skills

• Knowledge of British Columbia hospitality landscape

• Resilient under pressure during busy periods
