Responsibilities Lead, train, direct, coach, and motivate the Housekeeping and Laundry teams.
Schedule and organize all housekeeping and laundry activities.
Ensure rooms are spotlessly cleaned, maintained, well‑stocked, and ready on time.
Uphold the smooth and successful operation of Accent Inns.
Requirements Weekend availability required.
1‑3 years of experience in Housekeeping.
Proven leadership potential.
Post‑secondary education in Hospitality is an asset, but not required.
Experience in room cleaning, customer service, hospitality, or supervisory roles is an asset.
Physically capable of carrying out heavy, physical work (pushing/pulling loaded carts, lifting mattresses, bending, kneeling, etc.) throughout the entire shift.
Leadership, integrity, and effective coaching skills.
Exceptional organization and coordination skills.
Impeccable eye for detail.
First aid knowledge is an asset.
