This dynamic role requires you to greet guests warmly and facilitate wine experiences in our boutique. You will promote new releases and manage customer sales while meeting sales goals. A passion for fine wines and hospitality is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide friendly service
• Facilitate wine tastings and food pairings
• Promote new wine releases and membership options
• Achieve sales goals set by management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in hospitality or retail
• Serving It Right certification required
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs; stand for long periods
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
