In this pivotal role, you will oversee Front Office, Reservations, and guest activities while ensuring adherence to company standards. You will also build relationships with clients and return guests to ensure personalized service that stands out.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and control front office activities efficiently
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
• Answer guest inquiries and arrange transportation
• Prepare forecasts to maximize revenue and occupancy
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure safety protocols
Requirements:
• Previous hotel experience in Rooms Division
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and good judgment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
