You will work closely with the Junior Tasting Room Manager, guiding a team while maintaining service standards and enhancing guest interactions.

Your role requires familiarity with wine, excellent phone etiquette, and advanced knowledge of reservation systems. Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is essential for success in this role.
