As a Winery Associate, you'll welcome guests, lead tastings, and facilitate retail sales in a supportive, team-driven atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and wine will create memorable experiences for visitors and contribute to sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and engage with enthusiasm

• Conduct educational wine tastings and promote wine sales

• Maintain tasting room organization and cleanliness

• Assist in achieving sales targets in a team setting

• Perform daily cleaning duties to uphold winery standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 19 years old with Serving It Right certification

• Passionate about wine, hospitality, and teamwork

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods

• Available for weekend shifts during the season
