Position: Night Auditor at Sandman Hotel Group

Join Sandman Hotel Group as a Night Auditor, handling nightly audits and front desk operations. This role engages with guests and manages financial records through the night shift.

As a Night Auditor, you will oversee nightly financial audits while enhancing guest experiences during late hours. Candidates with strong customer service skills and knowledge of hospitality industry practices will excel. This position also requires expertise in accounting methods and the ability to resolve guest inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly audits of departmental ledger accounts

• Register guests and assign rooms efficiently

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints

• Compile daily record sheets and guest accounts

• Present charges to departing guests and process payments

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Two-year apprenticeship or related college program preferred

• Experience in customer service and people management

• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
