As the Tasting Room Operations Leader, you will oversee a vibrant team and reporting to the Junior Tasting Room Manager. Your advanced knowledge of wine and hospitality will ensure guests receive top-notch educational interactions. Prior experience in leading teams within the hospitality industry will be beneficial as you maintain service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the tasting room
• Provide engaging educational experiences for guests
• Uphold service standards with meticulous attention
• Streamline reservation systems and operational flow
• Mentor team members for optimal service delivery
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience in the hospitality field
• WSET level 1 or similar certification preferred
• Advanced knowledge of culinary and wine terms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Commitment to guest-focused service and hospitality
