Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a big smile and a warm greeting

• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures

• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and public areas

• Provide hotel operator and concierge services

• Coordinate small event setups in Grandma's Basement

Requirements:

• Open availability for 3-4 shifts per week

• Friendly personality with excellent communication skills

• Strong tech skills and ability to multitask

• Prior customer service experience preferred

• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability
