Hotel Front Desk Clerk Position

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to fill a Front Desk Clerk role without requiring prior experience. You will register guests, provide information about hotel services, and manage both reservations and wake-up calls. Key Responsibilities:

• Register guests and assign them to appropriate rooms

• Manage and amend room reservations as needed

• Inform guests about hotel facilities and services

• Answer phone inquiries and relay critical messages

• Deliver wake-up calls to guests as requested

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate required

• No previous experience necessary; training provided

• Proficiency in English or French preferred

• Willingness to work on-site at our hotel
