Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and manage their reservations

• Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments

• Collaborate with Housekeeping on room availability

• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns efficiently

• Maintain guest confidentiality and company policies

Requirements:

• High School graduation required

• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license

• Prior hotel experience preferred

• Strong desire to deliver impeccable customer service

• Competency with computer systems and eligibility to work in Canada
