- Coordinate and oversee on-site event execution to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Set up and break down event setup and prepare the room, including tables/chairs, A/V, catering buffet setups, and bar setups as needed
- Provide a warm welcome to guests and professional, efficient service throughout each event
- Serve food and beverages in an organized, timely manner.
- Supervise event support staff during service and delegate tasks as needed
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests during events, handling requests and resolving issues professionally
- Collaborate with Chef, Restaurant General Manager, and Event Manager through weekly planning meetings
- Manage guest inquiries, respond to emails, prepare quotes and invoices as required
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and quality control throughout each event
