Guest Services Manager Position

Join Watermark Resort as a Guest Services Manager, overseeing front office operations and ensuring top-notch guest experiences. Lead a dedicated team and manage day-to-day tasks effectively.

In this impactful role, you'll report to the Front Office Manager and be responsible for managing the front desk operations, conducting staff training, and ensuring all guest services run smoothly. You will participate in daily meetings and help maintain high levels of service and safety throughout the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct guest interactions during check in/out

• Assist in payroll management and employee evaluations

• Manage inventory and supplies in the Front Office

• Handle emergency situations with prompt decision-making

• Provide excellent service to foster guest loyalty

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Front Desk operations

• Excellent conversational and problem-solving skills

• Skilled in using Property Management systems, Opera preferred

• Strong multitasking ability under pressure

• Flexibility for varied shift schedules, including nights
