Cogir Senior Living seeks a dedicated Night Concierge with hospitality experience at Regency Sandalwood Retirement Resort. You will supervise daily operations, respond to emergencies, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents. This role involves housekeeping and security responsibilities to maintain safety and enhance quality of life for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set example for staff in professionalism and appearance
• Monitor security and ensure visitor sign-ins
• Address resident emergencies efficiently
• Answer phones and manage in-house scheduling
• Create a positive atmosphere through resident interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum two years experience in hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capable of fulfilling physical and mental job tasks
• Tactfulness and patience necessary for resident relations
• Serving it Right certification required
