• Supervise operations of Front Office and Reservations

• Conduct occupancy and revenue forecasting

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients

• Lead emergency response initiatives effectively

• Oversee specified administrative duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel Rooms Division

• Strong leadership capabilities and sound judgment

• Proficient with various software, including Microsoft Office

• Outstanding communication and time management skills

• Eligibility to work in Canada is mandatory
