Join the team at Prestige Oceanview Hotel in Prince Rupert, BC, as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent. This role focuses on guest interactions and ensures accuracy in nightly financial reconciliations.
As a full-time or part-time professional, you will provide courteous guest services, handle accounts, and perform food and beverage audits as needed. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to work between day and night shifts, with Basic First Aid certification being necessary. Front desk experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer professional and friendly guest services
• Use upselling techniques to enhance occupancy
• Maintain organization and cleanliness at the front desk
• Support in processing reservation requests
• Conduct audits and reconcile daily financial postings
Requirements:
• Commitment to work day and night shifts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Completion of Basic First Aid is required
• Must have legal work status in Canada
• Experience at a front desk is beneficial
