Position: Guest Services Associate Hospitality Role
Location: Osoyoos

Become the face of hospitality as a Guest Services Associate. Greet guests, handle check-ins/out, and provide information for a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

In this role, you will be the primary greeter for visitors, managing check-ins, answering inquiries, and resolving any complaints. Your responsibilities will also include financial transaction handling and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for positive guest experiences. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are key in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs

• Manage phone calls, emails, and guest bookings

• Process payments and balance cash drawers daily

• Address and resolve guest complaints calmly

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

• Maintain an organized and welcoming lobby area
