Key Responsibilities:
• Open doors with business owners and HR leaders
• Turn initial conversations into lasting client relationships
• Present group benefits solutions tailored to client needs
• Oversee client relationships from onboarding to renewals
• Partner with internal teams to finalize deals
Requirements:
• 3+ years in employee benefits or group insurance
• Life & A&S license in your home province
• Background with a large brokerage or from the insurer side
• Effective communicator for simplified discussions
• Driven and competitive with a focus on results
