People and Culture Partner

As a strategic People and Culture Business Partner, you will provide hands-on support to leaders and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. This role emphasizes recruitment, onboarding, and performance management while promoting an inclusive workplace. Candidates should possess strong HR experience to effectively support various organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders to identify staffing and engagement opportunities

• Offer counsel on labour relations and conflict resolution

• Engage in workplace reviews and documentation processes

• Assist with employee development and organizational initiatives

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or similar area

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience

• Familiarity with unionized work environments

• Understanding of BC's health and safety laws

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
