Senior Project Manager - Healthcare & Housing Capital Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys guiding major healthcare and housing capital projects from concept through completion.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders while leading project teams responsible for delivering high‑impact public infrastructure projects across British Columbia.

- Lead complex healthcare and housing projects
- Work alongside experienced project leaders and multidisciplinary teams
- Help secure and deliver new capital infrastructure projects
- Play a strategic role in shaping future project opportunities
- Lead healthcare and housing capital construction projects from planning through delivery
- Act as the primary advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee procurement and contract negotiations for architects and contractors
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk frameworks
- Lead multidisciplinary project delivery teams
- Facilitate client presentations and project reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and consultants
- Support new project pursuits and business development initiatives
- Minimum 8 years of capital project management experience
- Experience managing healthcare, long‑term care, or large residential construction projects
- Experience representing owners or institutional clients
- Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery models
- Experience leading projects through planning, procurement, and construction phases
- Experience managing consultants, contractors, and stakeholder teams
- PMP, P.Eng., CET, or Registered Architect designation considered a strong asset
Base Salary: $97,920 - $134,640 CAD. Performance‑based bonus opportunities available. Work Model:
Hybrid.
Location:
British Columbia (Lower Mainland). Travel may occur periodically for project meetings and site visits.
