Wildstone Project Manager Position

Location: Penticton

Join Wildstone as a Project Manager in Kelowna or Penticton, where you will lead ICI projects from conception to completion.

This role offers hands-on experience in project ownership and team leadership.

As a Project Manager with Wildstone, you will tackle construction challenges in some of Canada’s most remote locations. You’ll harness your expertise in project coordination and delivery while fostering teamwork and managing budgets effectively. Your problem-solving skills will be vital as you adapt to evolving project demands and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of scheduling and project completion

• Maintain strong connections with trades and clients

• Monitor and adhere to project budgets

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

• Improve processes for project management best practices

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in construction management

• EIT or P.Eng. designation in Civil Engineering

• Strong understanding of project financials

• Experience using Procore or similar software

• Effective communication and decision-making skills
