Assume leadership as the Community Inclusion Services Team Leader in Oliver overseeing staff and community support operations. This 40-hour work week role ensures quality service delivery and compliance.
In this pivotal position, you will manage Community Support Workers, focusing on effective hiring, training, and supervision. Collaborate with the Program Director to address operational issues and ensure adherence to individual support plans. Your leadership will create a positive environment benefiting both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff hiring through screening interviews
• Address staffing issues at service locations
• Train staff on compliance with individual support plans
• Resolve critical incidents with care and efficiency
• Collaborate for accurate reporting on funding objectives
Requirements:
• Degree in social sciences or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years in management roles
• Experience with behavioral needs highly valuable
• Knowledge of nonprofit community living services
• Valid driver’s license and cleared Criminal Record Check
