Location: Keremeos
Take the lead as a Farm Supervisor, where you'll manage farm operations including livestock breeding and crop growing. This essential role ensures safety compliance and effective team coordination.
In this position, you will supervise general farm workers and oversee their tasks to guarantee productivity. You will maintain quality records and enforce safety measures while managing livestock for sale. This position also involves engaging with initiatives supporting individuals with disabilities and helping newcomers integrate into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the work of farm and harvesting staff
• Enforce safety and quality control procedures
• Keep detailed production records and logs
• Manage breeding and livestock-related activities
• Provide mentorship and support integration efforts
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate needed
• 1 to 2 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Familiarity with crop and animal husbandry practices
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
