As a critical team member, you will oversee Health & Safety protocols while mentoring package handlers and sorters.
Your role involves managing workflow, supervising package processing, and leading the team in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Your leadership will be essential in optimizing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards within the team
• Mentor and coach sorting and package handling staff
• Support operations including scanning and processing tasks
• Manage unloading and shipping activities efficiently
• Keep the warehouse well-organized and clean
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of safety protocols
• Ability to train and guide team members
• Skills in managing workflow and data entry
• Quick response to operational changes and challenges
