Position: BEST Team Lead for Custodial Services
Become a Team Lead at BEST for a Cleaner World in Kelowna, BC. Oversee custodial duties and cultivate team culture while ensuring operational excellence.

This full-time permanent position involves supervising custodial staff and handling daily operations. You will train new hires in our mission and values, while maintaining communication with management about any concerns. Light and heavy-duty cleaning responsibilities and minor equipment repairs are also part of your tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day custodial operations

• Train and integrate new hires into the team

• Communicate staffing and supply needs to management

• Lead meetings on policies, procedures, and safety

• Conduct cleaning and perform minor repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations

• Proficient communication skills

• Basic computer skills; knowledge of MS Office preferred

• Supervisory experience is beneficial

• Pass security and criminal record checks
