Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team in all Marina operations effectively

• Oversee safety training and emergency protocols

• Ensure a tidy, organized Marina environment

• Supervise boat rentals and dockings consistently

• Collaborate with Manager to resolve guest issues

Requirements:

• Experience in marina and retail operations

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Valid BC Driver’s License and Marine License needed

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

• Strong mechanical skills are an asset
