Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee email and SMS engagement strategies
• Implement responsive automation and lifecycle campaigns
• Report on key customer metrics and health
• Innovate loyalty program structure and benefits
• Collaborate with leadership for strategic marketing direction
Requirements:
• 8+ years in CRM lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of omni-channel strategies
• Proficiency in managing CRM technologies
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities
