As the Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role at the Faculty of Management, overseeing budgetary controls, managing HR processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. You'll advise senior leaders and coordinate projects that impact the entire faculty, focusing on strategic improvements and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and manage high-impact projects
• Provide strategic oversight of financial operations
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation
• Maintain governance documentation and operational standards
• Coordinate faculty-level events and assess service contributions
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• At least two years of managerial experience
