Direct the operations at Okanagan Central Community Church (OC3) as Operations Director. Ensure excellence in HR, Finance, and Property management across all ministries.
In this impactful leadership role, the Operations Director provides oversight to various operational sectors, guiding mission partners and supporting the Management Team effectively. You will be integral in managing hiring processes, performance evaluations, and budget formation while ensuring compliance with legislative standards. Additionally, you will create training plans to build capacity within the ministry, advancing overall mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR, Finance, and Property operations
• Support hiring and performance evaluation processes
• Collaborate on the budget preparation and tracking
• Ensure adherence to compliance policies
• Create effective training strategies for team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related fields
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• Expertise in property and financial management
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
• Commitment to The Salvation Army’s mission and principles
