The Osoyoos Indian Band Development Corporation is seeking a Chief Operating Officer in Oliver, BC to manage diverse operations and spearhead economic initiatives. Ensure organizational excellence and sustainability through strategic leadership.

In this pivotal role, you will direct the operational functions of the OIBDC, align objectives with community values, and enhance the organization's capacity for growth. Your ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate will be essential in fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic and operational plans effectively

• Manage business development and funding initiatives

• Drive financial oversight and budget management

• Champion workplace collaboration and accountability

• Prepare operational reports for executive review

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or equivalent

• 10+ years in executive management

• Expertise in operational leadership and fiscal strategy

• Familiarity with Indigenous governance preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills
