Key Responsibilities:
• Coach Advisors on client education and problem resolution
• Ensure high levels of employee engagement and talent development
• Drive results with effective sales management and routines
• Inspire team excellence to enhance the client experience
• Leverage relationships to support branch objectives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in people management within finance
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship building
• Licensed mutual fund sales experience of at least 2 years
• Completed mutual fund branch management exam or readiness to take it
• Strong operational effectiveness understanding
