Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiphase layout and engineering forestry projects

• Mentor new and senior technicians in the field

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and plans

• Engage in business development and community outreach

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

• Must be an RPF with 5-10 years forestry experience

• Strong background in managing medium to large contracts

• Proven track record of team management and mentorship

• Experience in business relationships with indigenous communities

• PMP certification is a plus but not essential
