Take charge as Project Manager for the new Canadian Tire store in West Kelowna. This role focuses on leadership, project execution, and operational readiness.
As the Project Manager, you will direct the Concept Connect renovation process, ensuring that all timelines are met and teams are effectively managed for a smooth Grand Reopening. This role requires building a capable team and establishing key operational systems for ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of project management and scheduling
• Hire and train team members for operational processes
• Coordinate Health and Safety procedures across the project
• Collaborate daily with store and corporate project teams
• Manage project budgets and timelines for efficiency
Requirements:
• Extensive Senior Management and project management experience
• Strong leadership skills with a team-building focus
• Effective communication and retail operational understanding
• Detail-oriented and results-driven nature required
• Required post-secondary education
