Key Responsibilities:

• Promote organizational culture and operational vision

• Lead safety culture development and auditing

• Oversee operations and staff performance evaluations

• Implement training to ensure standard procedures

• Ensure compliance with government regulations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience

• Class 5 driver’s license required

• Minimum of 5 years in waste collection operations

• 5 years leadership experience required

• Microsoft Office proficiency
