Your leadership will be critical for maintaining effective communication and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and maintain capital priorities in line with strategic plans

• Prepare project reports for executive approvals

• Direct facilities planning and enforce space-use policies

• Guide major renovation projects and administer timelines

• Cultivate relationships with government officials and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum ten years in capital development or project management

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields

• Eligibility for provincial engineering or architecture registration

• Proven capital budgeting and administration knowledge

• Advanced skills in communication and negotiation
