Operations Manager – Grand Forks, BC
Reports to Director of Operations; manages 12 shift supervisors.
Key Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations across two production lines while fostering a high‑performance culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, and equipment reliability.
Plan and schedule production to meet or exceed quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, using root‑cause failure analysis to eliminate recurring issues and champion operational excellence.
Develop a safety‑first environment, promoting proactive safety behaviors and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Monitor and enhance equipment reliability, collaborating on preventive and corrective actions to maximize uptime.
Partner with Maintenance, Product Development, Projects, and Quality to drive integrated improvements.
Develop and coach team members, aligning their goals with organizational objectives and fostering ongoing development.
Track performance KPIs, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to drive performance.
What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, preferably in equipment‑intensive environments.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Bonus Annual salary range: $130,000 - $160,000. Base salary determined by location, experience, and internal equity. The position is bonus‑eligible.
