Join HUB International as the Operations Manager in the Personal Insurance division. Champion operational excellence and drive technology integration within the team.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for enhancing daily functions and ensuring efficient process management. With a focus on the Applied EPIC Broker Management System, you will spearhead operational improvements that benefit all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational workflows for reliability
• Conduct workflow reviews to ensure adaptability
• Create EPIC template letters to ensure quality
• Proactively identify and execute process improvements
• Collaborate with teams to manage changes effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in personal insurance operations
• Strong proficiency in Applied EPIC Broker Management System
• Experience with UAT and defect management processes
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and Power BI
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
