Management Responsibilities Exercise the authority of a manager including staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, one‑on‑one coaching, employee recognition, and development.
Ensure performance appraisals are completed and administered in a timely manner.
Take appropriate action when employee performance does not meet expectations.
Keep staff informed of branch manager updates and industry regulatory changes.
Provide ongoing coaching focused on identifying customer needs and strengthening customer relationships.
Customer Service Set and manage expectations for exceptional customer service.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Communicate Sussex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in a positive and clear manner.
Focus on customer retention and long‑term relationship building.
Operations Direct, control, and/or delegate daily branch operations.
Oversee security procedures, audit controls, and end‑of‑day reporting.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Salary: $60,000-$80,000 annually. Competitive wage and benefits package included.
