Elevate Osoyoos Indian Band Development Corporation as the Chief Operating Officer. Spearhead operational strategy and support economic development aligned with Indigenous values. OIBDC aims to recruit a results-driven Chief Operating Officer to oversee its business portfolio and provide strategic leadership.
With a focus on operational excellence, the COO will work closely with the CEO to align business operations with community objectives and long-term sustainability. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management with a robust understanding of operational leadership and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities   Oversee all operations and business entities within OIBDC
Execute strategic and operational plans effectively
Develop new business and economic growth opportunities
Strengthen relationships with government and industry partners
Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting
Requirements   Minimum 10 years in executive leadership positions
Strong grasp of financial and strategic management
Background in Indigenous organizational work preferred
University degree in business or related area required
An MBA or advanced skilled designation is advantageous
