Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our logistics operations. This role requires expertise in safety protocols, shipping and receiving activities, and team leadership. You will ensure compliance, drive productivity, and maintain organizational standards to meet high service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols

• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes

• Conduct quality checks on returns and driver bookings

• Maintain accurate logs and submit daily reports

• Provide coaching and support to staff members

Requirements:
