The Assistant Manager position at KGM requires a proven leader with experience in human services. You will oversee casework operations and spiritual support, aligning team efforts with our mission. This role emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and creating a safe environment for staff as they serve the community closely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Casework and Spiritual departments

• Coach team members and foster a trusting environment

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for the Casework team

• Collaborate for expanding workshop offerings and evaluating impact

• Provide operational updates to the Senior Manager of Outreach

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or related field

• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience

• Ability to navigate operations and budgets in multiple programs

• Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and mental health

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and analysis
