HP.G FARMS LTD has openings for two full-time “Farm Workers Supervisors” positions located at 2611 Lakha Road, Kelowna, BC, V1X 7W1.
Job Title:
Farm Workers Supervisor
Salary: $26.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (35 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Develop specific plans to prioritize
Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
Maintain quality control and production records
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Maintain work records and logs
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Perform general farm duties
Qualifications
Completion of high school education is required.
Must have at least one year of work experience in a similar field.
