As Career Development Manager, you will collaborate with faculty and university leadership to implement effective career development strategies for students and alumni. You will be responsible for providing leadership for the UBCO Experience and Involvement HUB, overseeing digital platforms, and ensuring the advancement of experiential learning. A strong focus on evaluation and enhancement of student outcomes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop campus-wide career development strategies and initiatives

• Provide leadership for the UBCO Experience and Involvement HUB

• Evaluate technologies and sector best practices for improvements

• Lead the annual budget management for the Work Study program

• Develop funding proposals to support strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline

• Five years of related experience or equivalent education

• Experience in strategic planning and student services

• Demonstrated supervisory and administrative skills

• Strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
