Drive service excellence in the warehouse and delivery sectors as an Operations Manager us on managing and coordinating daily operations efficiently.
In this role, you will oversee Pick-Up and Delivery operations with a keen focus on achieving service excellence. Your responsibilities will include managing warehouse activities, ensuring safe practices, and coordinating logistics for operational efficiency. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual capabilities in French and English are essential for Quebec applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate delivery logistics for maximum efficiency
• Manage and supervise warehouse and ramp operations
• Ensure service objectives alignment across operations
• Monitor compliance with safety and operational standards
• Optimize team performance for enhanced results
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of four years Fed Ex or relevant industry experience
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office tools
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must lift up to 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs
