Traffic Control Supervisor at ATS Traffic

Take the lead as a Traffic Control Supervisor with ATS Traffic. Guide traffic technicians while ensuring optimal communication between field and office operations, all within a safety-first environment.

This supervisory role involves enhancing departmental productivity and quality goals through effective resource allocation and team leadership. As the ideal candidate, you'll coach and mentor Traffic Control Personnel (TCPs) and Lead Control Technicians (LCTs), ensuring compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and corporate policies. Demonstrating leadership and strong communication skills is vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Traffic Control Technicians and LCTs

• Ensure safety adherence per ATS Policies and WorkSafeBC

• Mobilize resources and oversee scheduled traffic control work

• Maintain fleet and equipment inventory for optimal operations

• Cultivate customer relationships to expand service opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Traffic/Transportation leadership

• Valid Class 5 Non-GDL Driver's License required

• Current Traffic Control certification necessary

• Knowledge of BC TMM regulations is essential

• Strong leadership and communication skills preferred
