Lead operations with Waste Connections of Canada as a Site Manager. Focus on health, safety, and regulatory compliance while managing a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional service.

As a Site Manager, you will steer the operational team in line with corporate values, ensuring a safe and environmentally responsible culture.

Your role encompasses comprehensive business management, including health and safety protocols, regulatory compliance, P&L responsibilities, and team performance evaluations. Collaboration with the District Manager on objectives and safety initiatives is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture aligned with organizational vision

• Lead safety initiatives and enforce policies

• Oversee operations and staff performance evaluations

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Develop relationships with municipal government partners

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• 5+ years in waste operations management

• 5+ years in leadership roles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
